I recently bought an HP TouchSmart tx2 computer with Windows 7, "The Sims 3" and the expansion to "the Sims 3". I installed both "The Sims" and its expansion to my computer and was downloading content from "The Sims" website. However one (or more) of the downloads caused the game to not work. I went through my computer, did "Change/Remove Programs" and got rid of everything associated with the game before re-installing it. I reinstalled both the game and its expansion, and both worked last night. However when I attempted to play the game today, it didn't work. The game froze up, so I closed it, but when I re-opened it again nothing came up. What should I do? Get another copy of both games? Try the "Change/Remove Programs" again and re-install it?
